WJR Sunnybrook
This adventure will take you through parts of Sunnybrook Park, Wilket Creek Park, E.T. Seton Park
and the Thomas H Thomson Nature Trail. Located in the scenic Don Valley, these parks offer some of the most beautiful
trails and natural areas located in the city. The meandering Don River cuts its way through the valley and creates some
impressive cliffs, sandbars and rocky water crossing areas.
On this race you will likely visit some areas you didn’t even
realize were in the park. Challenging climbs, winding trials and open fields offer a varied and exciting environment for
this second race of the Why Just Run? series.
