2010 Street-O and Armchair-O

The annual Armchair-O takes place on Saturday March 20th, 2010. Jerry and Diane Bakker are your hosts for this fun event that celebrates spring and the coming orienteering season.

But before the party, we have a treat for you. Last year's Street-O was so popular with everyone that attended, Jerry has put together one for the neighourhood area and parks around his home! We will gather at the Bakker's home at 3:45 PM. There will be a mass start at 4:00 PM and you will have 90 minutes to find as many controls as you can.

Right after the Street-O, we will gather back at the Bakker's home for pizza (please bring your favourite beverage) and our annual Armchair-O festivities, including both O games and non-O games. Malcolm Goddard and Igor Palagnyuk will also have a presentation for the upcoming Wednesday Night Park series, highlighting changes to the series and helpful guidelines for the course setters to make their event a success.

Both the Street-O and the Armchair-O are for TOC members only and included free with your 2010 membership.
