 2008 Summer Orienteering and BBQ 
Greenwood Conservation Area, Ajax

You are all invited to our annual Summer Orienteering and BBQ event on Sunday July 6th, 2008 at Greenwood Conservation Area, just north of Ajax. The Toronto Orienteering Club Championships will also be awarded at this event. The event will feature 3 course lengths (short, medium and long). SportIdent will be used.  

The event will start at 11:00 a.m. with registration from 10:00-10:45 a.m.

Invite all your family and friends! Forward this info to anyone you feel may be interested! This is a great way to introduce your friends to orienteering and to get to know other members of the club better.

COST:
TOC Full Members:     FREE! (all ages)
All others:            Juniors     $7        Seniors     $15
 

DIRECTIONS:
From 401 take Westney Road (Ajax) north for approx. 5km to Greenwood Rd (First left north of Taunton Rd). Follow signs for the Conservation area.  Watch for O-signs!!

REGISTRATION:

Please Register Online by Friday, July 4th to ensure you get a preprinted map. Please ensure you enter your SI Card number, we will be using the SportIdent electronic-punching system at this event.

Pay online using PayPal when you register and save 10%!!! (remember TOC full members are free!).

BBQ PICNIC:

Immediately after the event, everyone is invited to the Hayhow's home in Pickering (approx 5 mins) for a BBQ and swim! Awards will also be presented at the BBQ (directions to the Hayhow's will be provided at registration).

We’ll provide the main course. Please bring your favourite beverage and an appetizer or salad to share.
